We were very happy with Michael Lesko. He was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and professional. The scheduling process was super easy and Mike communicated very well throughout the process. Mike was very detail oriented and explained a lot as he went through the house. He identified things which we would never have noticed and gave us several suggestions regarding upkeep of the home we were purchasing. Mike went above and beyond to be thorough, even with the fact that it was new construction. The inspection report he prepared was fantastic. We strongly recommend hiring him.

I think Michael Lesko did a phenomenal job inspecting the property that I am looking to purchase. While it is a newer property, he took no shortcuts and was able to detect deficiencies, albeit minor, related to the property. He was very thorough, personable and a pleasure to meet. I have the utmost faith in his assessment and am grateful that he was the one to inspect the property. I Highly recommend him for anyone seeking a thorough home inspection and while I hope not to have to utilize his services again since I have no desire to purchase another home, I would call him first if the need ever was to arise.

Mike did fantastic work in his inspection. Not only did he do a comprehensive job but clearly communicated all of the in’s and out’s of existing home condition, remediation needed as well as going above and beyond to help us understand future maintenance.

Mike and I went through the entire home together and he did not mind at all, as some inspectors do. Mike Lesko - did a great job testing and making sure that things in the condo were working or not working. He took pictures and sent us a detailed report on the inspection.
